Timelapse Inspiration #31

2011: A Year of Time

I thought I’d create a reel of some of my favourite time-lapses from 2011 – a year which saw me travel a lot, a distinct lack of sleep and also an incident with a pigeon landing on my dolly and having to start again!

Locations include: Iceland, Australia, Finland, Scotland and England //A big thank you to Jay at http://www.dynamicperception.com

> Music: Bjork – « Overture » & « Selmasongs »

Yosemite HD

This video is a collaboration between Sheldon Neill and Colin Delehanty. All timelapses were shot on the Canon 5D Mark II with a variety of Canon L and Zeiss CP.2 Lenses.

This whole project has been an amazing experience. The two of us became friends through Vimeo and explored a shared interest in timelapsing Yosemite National Park over an extended period of time. We’d like to expand this idea to other locations and would appreciate any suggestions for a future project. Our hearts go out to the family of Markus Praxmarer who lost his life while climbing Half Dome on September 19, 2011

Thanks to Dynamic Perception for their motion controlled dolly and continued support!
